Return and Refund Policy – OhSouk

At OhSouk, our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction. We do everything we can to guarantee the quality of our bouquets and delivered products. If, however, a problem arises with your order, we invite you to review our policy below.

1. Applicable Products

This policy applies to all orders placed on ohsouk.com, including:

  • flower bouquets

  • floral arrangements

  • pastries or gourmet products

  • gifts and accessories

Due to the perishable nature of certain products (especially flowers and food items), return conditions are specific.

2. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • of poor quality

  • or if a product is missing

you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product received

  • a description of the problem

After verification, we may offer, as appropriate:

  • the replacement of the product, or

  • a partial or full refund, or

  • a store credit for a future order.

3. Perishable Products (Flowers and Pastries)

As flowers and pastries are perishable products, they cannot be returned after delivery.

Any claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt so that we can assess the situation and find a suitable solution.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been prepared or shipped.

If preparation or delivery has already begun, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

OhSouk cannot be held responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect information provided at the time of order.

6. Recipient Absence

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery:

  • our delivery partner may attempt to contact the recipient

  • or leave the order with someone present at the address

  • In some cases, redelivery cannot be arranged

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
